A Dundee radio station is understood to have been bought by a consortium led by a former managing director of Radio Forth.

Wave102 had been a target of Adam Findlay some months ago, and it is expected a formal announcement about the sale - from UTV, owners of Edinburgh-based talk107 - is to be made later today.
