The Sunday Herald’s Stephen Penman is just back from holiday, to begin a new job at the paper - as deputy editor.

He vacates his previous post, as sports editor, which has been awarded to Jonathan Jobson, previously sports deputy editor.

And David Milne, whom Penman succeeds, has moved to head up the online operation for the paper’s publishers, the Herald and Times group.
