A major funds source for Scottish filmmakers is to be restored, after being temporarily shut down last month.

Scottish Screen’s Content Production Fund - which aims to provide the necessary support to production companies to finance the physical production of their projects - will back in operation from the 26th of this month.

The fund offers a maximum £500,000 support.

Scottish Screen invests around six million pounds in the development and promotion of Scotland's screen industries each year.
