Clype - The Column with More Spite than Spike (Pt3)
19/01/2007
Great news for anyone suffering from winter blues this week. Hot on the heels of a similar survey conducted by the Daily Record, Scotland on Sunday is conducting an online sex survey. So, were you one of the lucky ones to have received an email from the, er, SoS Member Centre, asking such probing questions as: Does the cold weather play havoc with your sex life? One Clype reader told us he’s tempted to reply, “No - I am Dons fan, it’s always cold when I have sex.”
Clype apologises on behalf of Spike; it failed to alert you to the TV screening on Wednesday night (well, actually, Thursday morning) of Sixteen Years of Alcohol, by Scottish film director, Richard Jobson. It was on Film4. But, you, dear reader, could have mentioned something on the Forum yourself - assuming you knew the screening was taking place, of course. That’s what the Forum is for, after all. Or didn’t you realise? Go on, all for one and one for all. Anyway, here’s some advance info about Jobson: he’s the subject of a retrospective at the Cameo cinema in Edinburgh. Early next month. Including a question-and-answer session. Take a look at
this.
Until the next time. Cheers m'dears!
