The Edinburgh Evening News has itself a new features writer, succeeding Julia Horton, who has gone freelance.

Linda Summerhayes’ appointment is an internal one; she was previously the paper’s health reporter.

Alan Roden takes over Summerhayes’ health role, while Roden’s transport corr. post has been filled by general reporter, Andrew Picken.
