Spotted, lurking about in Edinburgh’s nightspots this week, was the celebrated right-winger, Simon Heffer. The Daily Telegraph’s senior editor, or whatever he is calling himself these days, was up in Scotland to discuss Scottish Parliament election matters with the paper’s Scottish editor, Alan Cochrane. Clype is not sure what political party they have decided to endorse for the Holyrood campaign, but, fear not, you will be kept posted.
