A 40-day film shoot finished yesterday on what will be the first feature-length movie where the dialogue is entirely in the north-east of Scotland dialect of Doric.
Funded fully by local oil money and shot in High Definition, One Day Removals is being directed by long-established cameraperson/editor, Mark Stirton.
Described as a “very black comedy, about removal men and death”, it is based on a short film made by Stirton five years ago, called Removals.
