THE TV production company, Shed Media – founded by former Scottish Television executive, Scot, Eileen Gallagher – is reported to have ended discussions about potential management buy-outs, backed by two private equity groups, but continuing talks with an unnamed other suitor.
The paper quotes a company spokesperson saying: “The independent directors confirm that the company remains in an offer period having received a proposal from a potential offeror, working with certain members of Shed management, which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the company.”
