Experienced workers in the Scottish broadcasting industry are being invited to mentor young people looking to follow in their footsteps.
A scheme set up by BAFTA and the media volunteering organisation, Media Trust, is in Glasgow next month, on a recruitment drive for mentors.
The scheme is mainly aimed at 'disadvantaged' young people and follows a successful pilot, UK-wide, last year.
It is already operating in six other cities: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds and Nottingham.
The recruitment event is taking place in the evening of September 1.
