Campbell appointed BBC Network News Correspondent for Scotland

BBC Scotland’s Glenn Campbell has been appointed the BBC News UK-wide network correspondent for Scotland.

Currently BBC Scotland’s political correspondent, he succeeds Lorna Gordon who has been appointed as the BBC ‘North of England’ correspondent.

The appointment means he will be the main face of Scottish stories on the Six O’Clock and Ten O’Clock News. He will join James Cook and Colin Blane on the network team of correspondents.

As one of Scotland’s best broadcast journalists, Glenn has skills, contacts and talent to take that on to the next level as the face of Scottish stories on the network bulletins.
