COMMERCIAL radio station, Capital FM Scotland, has had an application to change its format approved.
Broadcasting regulators, Ofcom, have agreed that the station’s format should be to provide “a rhythmic-based music-led service for 15-29 year-olds supplemented with news, information and entertainment”.
