Radio hosts show solidarity with teenagers by sitting exam

TWO Scots radio presenters showed solidarity today with hundreds of teenagers, by sitting the Standard Grade Maths exam.

And Des Clarke and Jennie Clark – who present the breakfast show on Capital FM – had their exam papers marked, to reveal impressive figures.

Says Capital FM, in a statement: “Last year, the duo scored the highest grade possible when they sat their Standard Grade Creative Writing English Exam, live on air. This year, Des scored 84 per cent gaining a ‘band 3′, with Jennie scoring 66 per cent, gaining a ‘grade 4′.”
