Community radio station issues appeal for donations

A GLASGOW-based community radio station, specialising in the broadcast of ‘Celtic’ music, has issued an appeal for financial support.

Says Celtic Music Radio:  “Twenty-four hours a day, seven day a week, the volunteers at Celtic Music Radio work for free to broadcast music by Scottish and Irish musicians to 53,800 people in Glasgow via 1530am and across Scotland, the UK and around the world via www.celticmusicradio.net.

“But even with all our generous volunteers, we still need money to keep your favourite radio station on the air.”

The station also has various items for sale on the auction website, eBay: here.
