Shaun previously worked as consulting managing editor for Deadline News Agency, co-owned digital magazine publisher Planet Ink Ltd, was a reporter for both the Sunday People and Daily Mirror in London before becoming news editor, then assistant editor, for the Daily Mirror in Scotland. He has also worked as both a reporter and an associate news editor at the Daily Record.
