What’s it like to be a journalist living and working in Edinburgh?

EDINBURGH journalists are being invited to share their experiences of living and working in the city, for an article to appear in the magazine of the National Union of Journalists.

Already, The Journalist magazine has featured the experiences of journalists living and working in Birmingham, Cardiff and Dublin. Edinburgh is next, followed by Glasgow and then onto Leeds and Liverpool.

The Journalist is published six times a year, and the Edinburgh feature should be in the December/January issue (with Glasgow in the February/March issue).

The invite includes working for Edinburgh-based media outlets.

The journalist behind the series of features is Linda Harrison, a freelancer based in North Yorkshire who writes about a wide variety of subjects – including lifestyle, motoring, personal finance and ‘real life’ – and whose credits include The Daily Telegraph, Daily Express, the Daily Mail’s Thisismoney.co.uk and magazines such as Woman’s Own, Chat and Spirit & Destiny.

To take part, contact Linda at this email address – here – by the 16th of next month.
