Choose three words that sum up 2014 (so far), from a professional point of view.

Exciting. Tough. Enlightening.

In 2013, what was your biggest ambition for 2014, and to what extent did you achieve it?

To make Eklipse Sports Radio a reality and, despite the doubters, we made it!

How has 2014 (so far) been for you, personally?

Professionally, very testing but very rewarding.

Any changes this year in technology, legislation, the economy, etc that have had a relatively significant impact on the business?

As a new station, the challenges are numerous but establishing a stable revenue stream is of paramount importance and we’re getting there.

What looking forward to, in 2015 – personally and professionally?

Professionally, relaunching as RockSport and making it a success. Personally, just being able to enjoy what we do at the station and getting more sleep at night!
