Journalism Studies, MLitt - Scottish Centre for Journalism Studies

The MLitt enables you to gain the necessary skills required for academic research. In order to do so you will conduct and write up an original piece of empirical and theoretical research in the form of a dissertation of not more than 15,000 words.

This will let you to further explore the analytical aspects of the Diploma course and to apply academic research methods to journalism practice. To achieve this you will work closely with one of the lecturing team who will be assigned as your supervisor.
