ORGANISERS of the Press Fund Ball, taking place next month, on behalf of the Journalists’ Charity, have received a cash boost, courtesy of a sponsorship deal just struck.
Lottery operators, Camelot, have added their support to the cause, which is organised by the Glasgow and West of Scotland branch of the Journalists’ Charity, and is taking place on the 24th of next month.
Tickets are said to be disappearing fast for the event, which is being held in the Crowne Plaza, Glasgow. Towards the end of last year, allmediascotland.com were appointed media partners to the ball.
Said Allan Rennie, Sunday Mail editor and chair of the Glasgow and West of Scotland branch of the Journalists’ Charity: “We’re delighted to have Camelot on board.
