SCOTTISH Sunday Express editor, Derek Lambie, has swooped into the ‘transfer market’ again to make a new signing.
Ben Borland, currently deputy news editor at the Edinburgh Evening News, will be joining the SSE as deputy editor in May.
Borland is the fourth new member of staff in recent weeks.
