A FORMER media correspondent at the Sunday Herald newspaper and education correspondent at Scotland on Sunday is headed to one of the world’s hotspots with one of the biggest press agencies in the world.
For the last two years, Arthur MacMillan has been news editing at the Hong Kong-based Asia-Pacific headquarters of Agence France Presse, and it is with the same agency that he is to move to the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, in the new year, as a reporter.
