AS reported as a late addition on Friday, the deputy editor of the Sunday Herald is leaving, to head up the communications and marketing operation at a local authority.
Stephen Penman is leaving to join North Lanarkshire Council. He has been with the Sunday Herald for almost eight years, and was sports editor until his appointment as deputy editor in July.
