THE windows company, VELUX, has appointed MediaCom Edinburgh to handle its media planning and buying account.
In a media release issued by MediaCom Edinburgh, Charlotte Chapman, at VELUX, is quoted, as saying: “We were really impressed by the quality of thinking and speed of response from the MediaCom team and are looking forward to working with them to develop media strategies to strengthen our brand position in the UK and Ireland.”
And David Shearer, managing director of MediaCom Edinburgh, is further quoted, as saying: “We’ve been keen to work with VELUX for some time now so it’s great to finally be on board and the team are keen to get to grips with what is an exciting brief.”
It is understood the account was previously held by Carat Edinburgh.
