THE Sunday Times Scotland newspaper has announced today that Kevin Pringle, former strategic communications director for the SNP, will be writing a new, weekly column for it.

Says the paper: “His first column will appear this Sunday, to coincide with the opening of the party’s autumn conference in Aberdeen.

“Pringle, who left his party post in August, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the political world, after spending many years advising former First Minister of Scotland, Alex Salmond, and his successor, Nicola Sturgeon.
