RUMOURS that ITV has decided against re-commissioning the Scottish crime drama, Taggart, have been quashed.
The ITV press office has received a number of calls recently about the future of the series, made by the production arm of STV and which has just celebrated its 25th birthday.
But a ITV spokesperson told allmediascotland.com: “It absolutely has not been axed. We are talking to the producers about future episodes.”
