NICK Creed – a well-kent name on the Scottish media scene – helps kick off the latest episode in the relatively recently-launched podcast from the website, www.journalism.co.uk.
Creed – digital director of the Glasgow-based media and marketing magazine, The Drum – was invited by the podcast to explain how content on the magazine’s website is tagged and hotlinked, to turn articles into gateways into deeper reads.
With input also from Brazil and Mark Watts – editor-in-chief of the investigative news website, Exaro – the 12 minute-long podcast simply asks how news websites can repurpose content for possible editorial and commercial gain.
