THE media planning and buying agency, Carat Scotland, has secured a £1.5 million contract from the fashion retailer, M&Co, the announcement of which has been reported by The Drum media and marketing magazine, here.

Says the announcement: “Carat Scotland has been briefed with shaping an insight strategy and media buying plan designed to help the family-owned fashion chain boost footfall in its 260 stores and attract customers to its award-winning online shopping destination.”

AND begins The Drum: “[Travel agents] Thomson has renewed its weather sponsorship of STV for two years following a successful 12 months for the partnership.”
