Senior account executive

With a minimum of two years of in-house or agency experience, you need to be able to hit the ground running, supporting PR teams in pitching, planning and implementing dynamic integrated campaigns on behalf of some of the region’s top companies and organisations.

You will have excellent writing skills, be confident with social media and digital content and efficient in account administration tasks.

We are looking for hardworking communicators who are committed to being proactive.

You will be experienced at pitching content to media and getting results. Experience of the energy or corporate/business to business sectors would be an advantage.

Senior account manager

As an experienced account manager, you will already be a seasoned communications practitioner and media operator, with experience of managing multiple client projects in-house or within an agency environment.

You will be required to deliver Scottish, UK and global campaigns with a passion for achieving results.

You will work under an account director and as part of a team developing and implementing dynamic communications campaigns on behalf of an impressive stable of oil and gas clients.

In addition, you will be involved in market and client research, project managing the production of communications collateral, writing copy, developing creative communications strategies and winning new business.

You should possess excellent writing skills, be confident at identifying and pitching news and feature ideas, have experience of delivering marketing communications campaigns, at home with digital content creation and social media, confident in identifying PR opportunities, and be committed to adding value to our client relationships.

You should also possess excellent people skills and be adept at applying these in various situations, whether it’s at a networking event, hosting a cross-agency meeting or managing junior members of your team. You will be at ease with unfamiliar tasks and situations, be comfortable juggling competing priorities and retain a cool head under pressure.
