The Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald is seeking to appoint a senior journalist as News Editor.

We are looking for someone with creativity, drive and experience to play an important role within our team of journalists.  Duties will include working with the Editor to run the paper's busy newsroom.

The challenging position demands a portfolio of personal and professional skills, including a highly developed news sense, proven ability in on-screen make-up, the drive to set the local news agenda and the people skills necessary to help motivate and manage a talented reporting team.
