The Press and Journal, Scotland’s biggest-selling quality newspaper and one of the biggest regional newspapers in the UK, is strengthening its news teams in the north of Scotland, where it publishes six editions every morning from Monday to Saturday.

We are looking for experienced news reporters to join our offices in Inverness, the Highland capital, and Elgin in Moray.

The successful candidates will be experienced, enthusiastic and determined. They will be expected to tackle a wide range of local and Scottish stories. It is essential that they build extensive contacts and produce regular off-diary exclusives.

A full driving licence is essential.
