THE Press and Journal, Scotland’s biggest-selling quality newspaper and one of the biggest regional newspapers in the UK, is strengthening its subbing team in Aberdeen.

Do you have a flair for headlines and an eye for errors? Do you have the ability to design eye-catching news pages under pressure? Would you like to be part of our team, producing six editions of the Press and Journal every day, covering the Highlands, Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen city?

The Press and Journal is looking for experienced sub-editors to join our news and sports departments. You must have a real passion for news and design, a willingness to learn and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Knowledge of page make-up is an advantage, but not essential as training will be given. All applicants must have an excellent knowledge of the English language.
