NEW jobs are set to become available at a North East software company after they recorded record figures in the first half of 2015.

nSYS, the automated procurement and invoicing specialists, have won £250,000 of new business, thanks to global deals across Europe and Australia.

They have secured contracts with Melbourne-based Forpoint Solutions that will see their consultants working on the provision of a Professional Services Automation system for one of Australia’s largest mining corporations.

In the UK, nSYS are implementing invoice automation for the manufacturing division of Alexander Dennis Ltd, one of the UK’s premier bus manufacturers, and for Aggreko, the global leader in power generation. nSYS are upgrading and extending, beyond the current 25 divisions, their world-wide invoice automation solution.

For Aggreko and ADL, nSYS are delivering intelligent business solutions by integrating purchase-to-pay and eInvoicing automation, with their client’s ERP system.

Their consultants identify opportunities to automate procurement and purchase invoice processes to deliver cost savings, visibility, control and compliance across their client’s financial operations.

The work on behalf of Forpoint will see nSYS open their first Australian office in Sydney, creating several jobs in the process.

The new partnership signed with international software company, OnGuard, provides credit control software bringing job opportunities in Aberdeen thanks to the new global deals.

Chief executive of nSYS and former pilot, Julian Keating. explains how significant these deals are for the company as they expand their global footprint. Former Group ERP & Financial Systems manager at Aggreko, George Walker, states: “Basware’s solution has enabled us to join up the processes with all of our suppliers and ensure consistency across each business unit. After go live, the advantages of Basware’s automated system were immediately apparent.”
