The Scottish Centre of Excellence in Satellite Applications (SoXSA) is innovating for a better world empowered by satellites and has an end-to-end focus on the use of satellite-derived data to challenge conventional ideas and develop new concepts in the exploitation of space for the betterment of life on Earth.

SoXSA seeks to foster economic growth and launch new opportunities.

Chief executive of Eden Court, Colin Marr, commented: “It is wonderful to welcome not one, but two diverse science conferences to Eden Court this coming week.

“I’m delighted that Eden Court and the growing city of Inverness, with all it has to offer, is attracting a host of international, national and local conferences that in turn generate millions of pounds of revenue for businesses throughout the year across Inverness and the Highlands.”
