AS Scottish charity, Health in Mind, turns 35 this year, and to help with the celebrations, the Stand Comedy Club in York Place, Edinburgh, is arranging ‘A Big Birthday Bash Comedy Night’.
Lynne Stanford is Health in Mind’s senior fundraiser and she is really excited at the line-up of comedians who will be appearing on the night.
“As well as a fantastic night of comedy, we are also organising surprise party and a raffle, so there’ll no shortage of fun on the night,” said Lynne.
To ensure the maximum donation reaches Health in Mind, The Stand are not taking advance payment for the show. Tickets are £5 and can be reserved to pay cash on arrival by calling 0131 558 7272 or you can book via Eventbrite.
The doors open at 19.30 and the show starts at 20.30.
“We’d love to see a full house on the night,” said Lynne. “It would be a great tribute to the hard work of The Stand and the comedians taking part as well as supporting Health in Mind in its vital work.”
