LEADING workplace design firm, Space Solutions, has announced a new key appointment as it steps up its plans for continued growth throughout 2011.
The company has appointed Graeme Nisbet as a new business development manager to its team in Aberdeen, in order to help promote and grow the firm’s client base throughout the north of Scotland.
The 39 year-old has more than a decade of experience in the North East business arena, having previously worked as a business development director for the Royal Bank of Scotland in Aberdeen and as an associate partner for J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors.
Graeme said: “I’m delighted to have joined the team at Space Solutions. It’s one of the biggest names in its sector and is well known and respected not just in Scotland, but across the whole of the UK.
“During my early career at J&E Shepherd, I worked on a number of projects with Space Solutions and was always impressed with their knowledge and expertise in the sector. It’s a great company with a superb reputation and I’m looking forward to getting started in my new role.
“My focus will be on identifying and developing new business contacts and working closely with key property agents in the market place. It’s an exciting challenge, but I hope my skills and experience will help the company grow even further throughout Scotland.”
Steve judge, managing director of Space Solutions, said: “Graeme is highly experienced within the North East business sector so his appointment is a real coup for us. His skills from working with RBS and J&E Shepherd will be invaluable in helping to grow our influence throughout the region.
“He is a great addition to our Aberdeen office, where I’m sure he will be a key player in helping to drive our business forward.”
