Media Release: Nevis serves up match point with hospitality collateral

NEVIS Design Consultants have created a suite of hospitality collateral for Match Point Ltd, the corporate hospitality specialists, who provide hospitality sales, marketing, and management to governing bodies, right holders and venues.

The event documentation, aimed specifically to be robust enough to go through the postal system, initiated materials specifically for Edinburgh Military Tattoo, has now extended across more of Match Point’s hospitality packages, such as Cricket Scotland’s Scotland vs England ODI held just last week.

The collateral, encompassing outer packaging, ticket wallets, envelopes, swing tags, labels and belly bands needed to create an impact upon receipt. The intention is to control as much as possible how the invitations are received and how they are forwarded on to all guests by the host.

Karen Harris, marketing executive at Match Point Group, commented: “Nevis Design have helped us immensely to find a creative solution to a complex problem. All of our documentation is printed individually to reflect our clients’ name, facility and date of hospitality to ensure a totally personalised service. The new materials allow us to control the event branding right through to the clients’ guests.

“Now we are working on rolling out the new solution to other Match Point Group companies.”

Callum Strachan, lead designer on the project, adds “This has been a technically challenging but rewarding project to undertake as each  element had to be carefully thought out and managed to ensure all the brief requirements were met. We have gained valuable insight and experience  into the corporate hospitality market through creating a truly bespoke
solution for Match Point.”
