TENANTS are happy with the amount of money they currently have to pay for their properties and do not think that their rent payments have increased dramatically as a result of the credit crunch – according to a poll conducted by letting agents, Braemore Property Management.
Says Braemore, more than three quarters of people questioned in a survey said that, despite a steady increase in rents as a result of sagging confidence in the housing market, they felt that the level of rent they paid every month was ‘just right’.
Braemore Property Management has a portfolio of 800 properties.
