KIRKGATE Holdings (a private development subsidiary of Grampian Housing Association) has completed its first non-housing development in partnership with NHS Grampian and Morrison Construction.
Lewis Macdonald MSP, Deputy Minister for Health and Community Care, is officially opening Oldmeldrum Health Centre in Academy Way, during his visit on Friday, 8 December 2006 at 12.30pm.
Kirkgate Holdings was the successful bidder in a competitive tendering exercise in which interested parties were required to submit limited profit development proposals on a design and build basis.
