NEVIS Design Consultants are on the lookout to acquire a digital communications business to enhance their existing digital offer. Nevis have, since inception, been a very strong presence in the traditional graphic design sector, especially around the premium brands market.
Digital communications is a fledgling offer for Nevis and the hope is that the purchase and merger of a going concern will allow for the rapid growth of the business.
The management team at Nevis, working closely with their client base, have already identified a significant digital workflow, even before looking at new business activity. It is anticipated that the acquisition and alignment into the current business should be complete by Q2 2007.
