THE Highlands and Islands Journalist of the Year is Helen Paterson, of the Inverness Courier.
Helen (25) was presented with her award by Scotland’s First Minister, Alex Salmond MP MSP at the annual Highlands and Islands Press Ball on Friday night (6 February). She also picked up the Local Newspaper Journalist of the Year Award.
