Media Release: J&E Shepherd appoints Gavin Quinn as graduate surveyor in Glasgow

J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has appointed Gavin Quinn as a graduate surveyor in its Glasgow office.

Hailing from Bridge of Allan, 24 year-old Mr Quinn is a recent graduate of Aberdeen University. Based in Glasgow, he has now embarked on a training programme for his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with support from Shepherd’s.

Of his appointment, Mr Quinn said: “I’m delighted to join Shepherd’s commercial department in Glasgow and am looking forward to putting the theory I’ve learned at university into practice within a dynamic multi disciplinary property practice.”

Welcoming Mr Quinn to the firm, Steve Barnett, partner at Shepherd’s commercial department in Glasgow, said: “Although he only joined us a matter of weeks ago, Gavin has already proven himself to be a quick learner and a valuable addition to the commercial team.

“He is presently involved in commercial agency work, from where he will gain experience within our valuation, development and investment consultancy departments.

“Gavin’s appointment, in itself, provides evidence of our confidence in the continuing growth in activity within Glasgow’s commercial property sector.”
