MARKETING communications agency, Multiply, has scooped five awards in a new event based on client satisfaction.
Multiply was nominated in 12 categories in the RAR Awards (Recommended Agency Register) and outperformed larger firms by snapping up four titles and a coveted Grand Prix award.
The RAR Awards recognises service excellence in UK marketing and the awards are based on more than 2,000 ratings and 350 recommendations made by brand owners and marketing professionals.
Multiply marketing director, Stuart Duncan, collected the awards on behalf of the 40-strong Edinburgh company at a ceremony in London’s Russell Hotel, which was attended by the country’s leading marketing experts.
The awards covered separate marketing disciplines including design, digital, events, advertising, direct marketing and print production. In addition to client ratings, entrants were also judged on value for money, client service, strategic thinking, professionalism and creativity.
Categories in which Multiply picked up first prize included Best in Sales Promotion, Best in Professionalism, Best in Creativity/Innovation and Best in Client Service. Multiply also received the Grand Prix award for Best Overall Customer Ratings for a company employing more than 30 staff.
