THELANE Agency has supported leading celebrity chef, Nick Nairn, with the launch of his latest business venture, Nick Nairn Consulting.
Renowned for his culinary passion and skills as a leading chef, Nairn has now launched a new consulting division, giving guidance to businesses which want to enhance the quality of their food offering.
Targeting partners within a range of sectors including education, health, care services, charity, transport, travel, leisure and retail, Nick Nairn Consulting reviews an organisation’s food philosophy and standards of preparation and service.
Guiding them through a continual process of improvement, Nairn will then apply his own highly respected brand to their business once they have achieved a series of exacting standards.
To help launch this new venture, theLane Agency delivered a range of support activities for Nick Nairn Consulting including marketing strategy development, brand development, marketing implementation planning, collateral development, market segmentation and profiling, and targeted marketing activity – on and offline.

“The agency has also worked with one of Nick Nairn Consulting’s initial partners, the Kailyard Restaurant at Doubletree Hilton Dunblane Hydro, creating a branding for the hotel’s restaurant and developing supporting merchandising material.”
