The service will enable WH Smith customers to save money on their home phone, digital TV and broadband bills, without having to trawl through the market, looking for the best deals themselves.

Promoted in over 370 WH Smith stores, the service from – the UK’s only Ofcom-accredited switching support service – is also available online (

Shoppers will have the team on hand, seven days a week, to help them find the best deal.

Whether it is via the website ( or by calling our London-based experts for free, the experts will help customers choose from over 6,000 deals and remain on hand, right up until installation.

WH Smith customers can also take advantage of’s Lowest Price Guarantee*, which means if they find a cheaper deal elsewhere, they will be refunded the difference.’s research showed that 83 per cent of customers saved money, with the top 20 per cent saving over £400 per year, and an additional ten per cent, saving a staggering £550 a year.
