Media Release: ESPC and GSPC to promote ground-breaking new web product

EDINBURGH Solicitors Property Centre (ESPC) and Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre (GSPC), the main ports of call for buying or selling property in the Central Belt of Scotland, are offering their customers free trial access to a new online life management hub, broch.

broch (www.brochonline.com) helps consumers securely store, organise and manage all their important life matters online.

The first phase enables them to improve how they manage their home history and all their belongings. It also features tools for managing their vehicles and aspects of their travel.

Neil Harrison, marketing and performance manager with ESPC, said: “We are very happy to be working with Internet Light Industries to help them promote this product.

“For most people their home is the most valuable thing they will ever own and broch is an innovative approach to help people manage that asset.

“It differentiates a seller’s property as valued and well maintained, and prepares the owner for a smooth house move, while giving the buyer additional valuable information about the property.”

Mark Hordern, chief executive of GSPC, added: “We are delighted to be offering a complimentary trial of this new product to GSPC customers and to be helping an innovative new Scottish web-based product to come to market.

“It enables GSPC and our member firms to add significant value to our existing service for sellers and buyers.

“As well as making the house selling and buying process easier for customers, it will also expedite any insurance claims by providing a true record and value of property and assets.”

James Thomas, CEO of Internet Light industries, commented: “Gaining this marketing support from ESPC and GSPC, the main port of call for anyone buying or selling a home in the central belt of Scotland, is greatly beneficial to our business.

“It’ll allow ESPC and GSPC customers to road-test the product for free and experience for themselves what it can do for them.”

Already accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and financially supported by Scottish Enterprise, broch launches this month.
