Media Release: Eastern Western launch social media strategy

EASTERN Western Motor Group, one of Scotland’s largest motor dealers, has announced plans to boost its social media profile in order to enhance communications with customers and the wider business community.

The Edinburgh-based business, which is a subsidiary of Eastern Holdings, has employed the services of Hillington digital marketing agency, NSDesign, to provide in-depth training on the use of specific social media tools, Twitter and Facebook, across the company.

NSDesign, which has provided similar training programmes to established organisations such as Glasgow Airport, Stirling Council and Business Gateway, will also assist the business with the development of a long-term online strategy, which will see it increase online exchanges with existing and potential customers.

Mangers from each of Eastern Western’s dealerships will attend training sessions with NSDesign’s managing director, Gary Ennis.

Eastern Western was established in Edinburgh in 1927 and now offers new and used cars to individuals and businesses in Scotland and the North East of England.

The company stocks over 3,000 new and used cars and represents 16 of the world’s top brands, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Alfa Romeo and Lexus.
