AWARD-winning Scottish seafood restaurant, Mussel Inn, has launched its Graduation Menu, offering an opportunity to celebrate graduation in style with three courses and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival for £16.95.
The Graduation Menu offers starters of: tempura tiger prawns served with sweet chilli jam and crème fraiche; soup of the day with fresh crusty bread and crab and crayfish salad featuring claw meat and crayfish tails in a lime mayo, cherry tomato on toasted focaccia drizzled with basil oil.
Mains include: Kinloch smoked chicken Caesar salad featuring breast of chicken on baby gem, served with parmesan shavings herb and garlic croutons, topped with crispy pancetta; char-grilled sea bass fillet, with sautéed new potatoes, sun blushed tomatoes, spinach red onions in a paprika oil finished with a yellow pepper dressing and a mini seafood platter of queen scallops, Scottish salmon, coley, tiger prawns and mussels poached in a rich seafood bisque topped with chive crème fraiche.
Desserts offer a choice between light strawberry cheese cake served with summer berry sauce and Affogato, a combination of vanilla ice cream, coffee and choice of liqueur.
In addition to this three course set Graduation Menu, Mussel Inn is offering graduates 25 per cent off its a la carte menu from 6th of June to 15th July, Monday to Friday when pre-booked.
