SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has been instructed by MacGregor Properties to offer a 6,500sq ft trade counter currently under construction for let within a prime location of Inverness.
Located at Harbour Road, the trade counter, Unit B, is situated alongside the similar-sized Unit A, which is currently under offer to a national trade counter operator.
Sandy Rennie, head of Shepherd’s commercial department in Inverness, said: “Unit B is available on a 15-year lease at £9 per sq ft.
“Rent free opportunities will be available, subject to covenant strength and the proposed duration of the lease.”
Unit B trade counter is scheduled for practical completion before the year end.
