SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors, one of the largest independent firms of chartered surveyors in the UK, has relocated its Stirling office to larger and better-equipped premises as its programme of investment in its extensive branch network throughout Scotland continues apace.

Headed up by Ian Fergusson, managing partner at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, the firm’s Stirling office has moved from 20 Melville Terrace to 11 Gladstone Place.

Renowned as one of the most active firms in the area, Shepherd’s residential and commercial departments in Stirling have broad local market knowledge, allowing them to provide clients with expert advice on all transactions.

Ian Fergusson said: “Our investment in an enhanced presence in Stirling can be seen as an indication of our commitment to servicing the commercial and residential markets throughout Stirlingshire.

“With a team of dedicated chartered surveyors specialising in the inspection of residential properties throughout Stirlingshire, we are recognised nationally as a dominant force in the Home Report market.

“And we provide a full range of commercial services from Stirling, including commercial sales and lettings, rent reviews, acquisitions, valuations, development consultancy and energy performance certificates.

“Building surveying services include: schedules of dilapidations; schedules of condition; pre-acquisitions surveys; architectural services; expert witness; project management and insurance reinstatement services.”

Established by Ian Fergusson in 1988, Shepherd’s Stirling office now covers the Stirlingshire and Clackmannanshire area, together with the west coast of Scotland. Cities, towns and villages serviced currently include: Stirling; Denny; Bonnybridge; Alloa; Drymen; Dollar; Callander; Aberfoyle and Dunblane.
