FOLLOWING successful film nights during the summer TweedLove bike festival, Peebles Eastgate theatre is to be the venue for a special screening of a major new and hotly-anticipated mountain bike film.

The showing of ‘From The Inside Out’ on Monday 12 December is part of the European Premiere Tour for the film.

It will be shown in major venues throughout Europe – and Peebles.

TweedLove’s Neil Dalgleish said: “We’re delighted to be able to show this film, and we’ll take the opportunity for some festive fun on the evening of the showing too.

“As a bit of a Christmas bonus, the tickets for the Eastgate showing are about £2 cheaper than the average ticket price at the bigger city showings.”

The main feature for the evening ‘From The Inside Out’ is a collaboration between Anthill Films and The Coastal Crew, both based in British Columbia in Canada.

They are currently two of the most acclaimed bike film production outfits. Their films are always released to a great sense of excitement and expectation by the bike community and ‘From The Inside Out’ is no exception.

The new film does not disappoint, and showcases some of the world’s best riders, doing it like only they can in some amazing, stunning, hand-picked locations around their native British Columbia, a province of Canada which is almost four times the size of the UK, and features almost every kind of landscape imaginable.

The screening, in Peebles’ Eastgate Theatre, will also feature a variety of other excellent short bike films and clips, competitions, give-aways and some festive fun provided by TweedLove.

Previous mountain bike film nights have sold out in advance so it’s likely to be a popular show and organisers recommend booking early.
