A SCOTTISH family business captures a niche market in online auctioning, genealogy, reuniting and recycling, opening opportunities for hard-up recession-hit de-clutterers to make some extra cash.

* Darren Barr (Hearts FC and first goal scorer in the 2012 Scottish Cup final) will be present for photographs and to make a presentation to a fan separated from a Hearts Heirloom…

* Launches Thursday June 7 at the home of their First Charity of the Month, the Britannia Panopticon, Trongate, Argyle St, Glasgow. Enter via right side door. Arrive 4pm for 4.30om – Press and guests only invited.

“…the concept took root from the family story of my grandfather, and Andrew and Brian’s great grandfather, being awarded a pocket watch in WW1, by a German officer’s family who he helped rescue. This was true but the watch went to another Paddy King in the 6th Connaught Rangers after being received at the Regimental HQ. My dad always pondered how we may ever find this watch and from this, in his memory and his father’s memory, the idea took shape.”
